While I was on my trip in Korea, my 17-55mm f/2.8 IS lens decided to break on me, so I was left without a lens to take photographs with. I tried to chug along for a few days, taking photographs with phone I had rented and even bought a 50mm f/1.8 (Which is a terrible lens, by the way, get a 50mm f/1.4). I eventually picked up a new 17-55mm f/2.8 while I was in Korea, but was pretty bummed out about having to fish out another $1000. I've still been around shooting events and things, but I decided to take a hiatus on my 365 for a while. I'll hopefully be picking up my camera every day again in the next few days. There's an area at the N. Seoul tower in Seoul where a fence is filled with locks with messages written on them.

Black Dragon Pool near Lijiang, a pool that is perfectly reflective, with Jade Snow Mountain in the background.

At the base of Jade Snow Mountain, they were offering glider plane rides as well.

One of the many epic views on the mountain path to Shangri-La. On the way up I was really upset that I didn't get a chance to get this shot. But luckily the bus took a pit stop here and allowed me to get this great panorama.

Tiger Leaping Stone, a large rock in Tiger Leaping Gorge. Pretty hard taking a long exposure in the middle of the day with no ND filter or tripod :P

In the empty back part of Tianlongbabu (天龙八部) TV & Film City, there was another town area that had a lovely view of Dali, Yunnan, China. Click more for a view of what was behind me.
