Every evening there's a whole bunch of people staring over the balcony waiting for their train.

Tunnel next to Union Station. The busker you see on the left is giving me an incredibly dirty look, and also stopped playing while I was taking pictures.

There were a bunch of people outside of Union Station with signs that said this. I have no clue what they're talking about. I asked him if I could take his picture and he simply ignored me.
